The MSP430FR5949IDAR ultra-low-power (ULP) microcontroller integrates uniquely embedded FRAM with a holistic ultra-low-power system architecture, enabling improved performance with reduced energy consumption. Its FRAM technology combines the speed, flexibility, and endurance of SRAM with the stability and reliability of flash, all while operating at much lower power. The MSP430FR5949IDAR features a ULP 16-bit MSP430 CPU and intelligent peripherals designed for a variety of applications. Its ULP architecture includes seven low-power modes, optimized to extend battery life in energy-constrained environments.
