MSP430 microcontroller, 16 bit, 24 MHz, VQFN-40, M430FR5739SRHATEP
Mixed-Signal Microcontroller, M430FR5739SRHATEP, Texas Instruments
The M430FR5739SRHATEP ultra-low-power microcontroller is a device that features embedded FRAM nonvolatile memory, an ultra-low-power 16-bit MSP430 CPU, and a peripheral targeted for a specific application. The architecture, FRAM, and peripheral, combined with seven low-power modes, is optimized to achieve extended battery life in a portable and wireless sensing application. FRAM is a new nonvolatile memory that combines the speed, flexibility, and endurance of SRAM with the stability and reliability of flash, all at lower total power consumption. The peripheral includes a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a 16-channel comparator with voltage reference generation and hysteresis capability, one enhanced serial channel capable of I²C, SPI, or UART protocol, an internal DMA, a hardware multiplier, an RTC, one 16-bit timer, and digital I/O.
