The M0L1306QDGS28RQ1 microcontroller provides 64KB of embedded flash program memory and 4KB of SRAM. It features a high-speed on-chip oscillator with an accuracy of up to ±1.2%, eliminating the need for an external crystal. Additional integrated features include a 3-channel DMA controller and 16- and 32-bit CRC accelerators. This device incorporates a range of high-performance analog peripherals, including a 12-bit 1.68-MSPS ADC with a configurable internal voltage reference, a high-speed comparator with a built-in reference DAC, two zero-drift zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, a general-purpose amplifier, and an on-chip temperature sensor.

The M0L1306QDGS28RQ1 also includes intelligent digital peripherals such as four 16-bit general-purpose timers, a windowed watchdog timer, and multiple communication interfaces: two UARTs, one SPI, and two I²C modules. These interfaces support a wide range of protocols, including LIN, IrDA, DALI, Manchester, Smart Card, SMBus, and PMBus. Built on the TI MSPM0 ultra-low-power platform with an Arm Cortex-M0+ core, the M0L1306QDGS28RQ1 combines rich analog and digital integration with extensive low-power modes, making it ideal for battery-powered and portable measurement applications.
