The M0G3106QPMRQ1 microcontroller offers a balanced combination of performance, integration, and efficiency for modern low-power applications. It features 128KB of embedded flash memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 32KB of SRAM with hardware parity to ensure data reliability. The device also includes a memory protection unit and a 7-channel DMA controller for efficient data transfers and system integrity. For analog performance, the M0G3106QPMRQ1 integrates two 12-bit, 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference, along with a general-purpose amplifier-enabling accurate signal acquisition in mixed-signal applications.
