The M0G3105QPMRQ1 microcontroller offers a balanced combination of performance, integration, and efficiency for modern low-power applications. It features 128KB of embedded flash memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 32KB of SRAM with hardware parity to ensure data reliability. The device also includes a memory protection unit and a 7-channel DMA controller for efficient data transfers and system integrity. For analog performance, the M0G3105QPMRQ1 integrates two 12-bit, 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference, along with a general-purpose amplifier-enabling accurate signal acquisition in mixed-signal applications.
The device includes advanced digital peripherals such as two 16-bit advanced control timers and five general-purpose timers, including a 16-bit timer with QEI interface support, two 16-bit timers designed for operation in STANDBY mode, and a 32-bit general-purpose timer. Additional system functions include two windowed watchdog timers and a real-time clock (RTC) with alarm and calendar features. Security and communication features are robust, with hardware CRC, a true random number generator (TRNG), and AES encryption.
