Decoder, PDIP-16, Texas Instruments SN74LS47N
Decoder, SN74LS47N, Texas Instruments
The SN74LS47N device features an active-low output designed for driving a common-anode LED or incandescent indicator directly. Segment identification and the resulting display are shown below. Display patterns for BCD input counts above 9 are unique symbols that authenticate input conditions. The SN74LS47N circuit incorporates automatic leading and/or trailing-edge zero-blanking control (RBI\ and RBO). Lamp test (LT) may be performed at any time when the BI/RBO\ node is at a high level. This product contains an overriding blanking input (BI), which can be used to control lamp intensity by pulsing or to inhibit the output. Input and output levels are fully compatible with TTL logic outputs.
