SN74LS374N | Texas Instruments
Octal D-type edge triggered flip-flops, with tri-state outputs, PDIP-20, Texas Instruments SN74LS374N
Octal D-Type Edge Triggered Flip-Flop, SN74LS374N, Texas Instruments
This 8-bit register features 3-state output designed specifically for driving highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance load. The high-impedance 3-state and increased high-logic-level drive provide this register with the capability of being connected directly to and driving the bus line in a bus-organized system without need for interface or pullup component. This device is particularly attractive for implementing buffer register, I/O port, bidirectional bus driver, and working register. The eight flip-flop of the SN74LS374N is edge-triggered D-type flip-flop. On the positive transition of the clock, the Q output is set to the logic state that was set up at the D input.
