This Schottky-clamped data selector/multiplexer contains inverter and driver to supply fully complementary, on-chip, binary decoding data selection to the AND-OR gate. Separate output control input is provided for each of the two four-line section. The three-state output can interface with and drive data line of bus-organized system. With all but one of the common output disabled (at a high-impedance state) the low-impedance of the single enabled output will drive the bus line to a high or low logic level.
