D-Type Flip-Flop, SN74ABT273N, Texas Instruments
The SN74ABT273N is an 8-bit, positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with a direct clear (CLR) input. It is well suited for implementing buffer and storage registers, shift registers, and pattern generators. Data present at the D inputs, meeting setup-time requirements, is transferred to the Q outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. Clock triggering occurs at a specific voltage level and is not directly related to the transition time of the positive-going pulse. When the clock (CLK) input is held high or low, the D input signal does not affect the output.
