SN65LVDM051PW | Texas Instruments
1 channel LVDM duplex receiver, transceiver, TSSOP-16, Texas Instruments SN65LVDM051PW
Dual LVDS transmitter & receiver, SN65LVDM051PW, Texas Instruments
The SN65LVDM051PW is a differential line receiver that uses low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) to achieve high signaling rates. This circuit is similar to its TIA/EIA-644 standard compliant counterpart (SN65LVDS), except that the output current of the driver is doubled. This modification provides a minimum differential output voltage magnitude of 247 mV across a 50-Ω load simulating two transmission lines in parallel. This allows for data buses with more than one driver or with two line termination resistors. The receiver detects a voltage difference of 50 mV with up to 1 V of ground potential difference between a transmitter and receiver.
Features
- Typical Full-Duplex Signaling Rates of 100 Mbps
- LVTTL Input Levels Are 5-V Tolerant
- Receiver Has Open-Circuit Failsafe
