Static two level 64 shift register, with tri-state outputs, PDIP-16, Texas Instruments CD4517BE
CMOS Dual, CD4517BE, Texas Instruments
CD4517B dual 64-stage static shift register consists of one independent register having a clock, data, and write enable input and output accessible at a tap following the 16th, 32nd, 48th, or 64th stage. This tap also serves as an input point allowing data to be inputted at the 17th, 33rd, or 49th stage when the write enable input is a logic 1 and the clock goes through a low-to-high transition. The truth table indicates how the clock and write enable input control the operation of the CD4517B. Input at the intermediate tap allows entry of 64 bits into the register with 16 clock pulses. The 3-state output permits connection of this device to an external bus. The CD4517B is supplied in a 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic package (D or F suffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic package (E suffix), and in chip form (H suffix).
Features
