The CD4512B is an 8-channel data selector featuring a three-state output that can interface directly with, and drive, a data line of a bus-oriented system. The CD4512B-series type is supplied in a 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic package (F3A suffix), a 16-lead dual-in-line plastic package (E suffix), a 16-lead small-outline package (M, M96, MT, and NSR suffixes), and a 16-lead thin shrink small-outline package (PW and PWR suffixes).
