The CD4009UBE Hex Buffer/Converter may be used as a CMOS to TTL or DTL logic-level converter or CMOS high-sink-current driver. For an application not requiring high sink current or voltage conversion, the CD4009UBE Hex Inverter is recommended. The CD4009UBE is supplied in a 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic package (F3A suffix), a 16-lead dual-in-line plastic package (E suffix), a 16-lead small-outline package (M, M96, MT, and NSR suffixes), and a 16-lead thin shrink small-outline package (PW and PWR suffixes).
