Quad low-power commercial grade standard comparator, LP339N, Texas Instruments
The LP339N is low-power quadruple differential comparator. Each device consists of four independent voltage comparator designed specifically to operate from a single power supply and typically to draw 60-µA drain current over a wide range of voltage. Operation from split power supply is also possible and the ultralow power supply drain current is independent of the power supply voltage. Application includes limit comparator, simple analog-to-digital converter, pulse generator, squarewave generator, time delay generator, voltage controlled oscillator, multivibrator, and high-voltage logic gate. The LP339N was specifically designed to interface with the CMOS logic family. The ultra-low power-supply current makes this product desirable in battery-powered application.
