SN75471P | Texas Instruments
Dual peripheral driver with AND logic inputs, PDIP-8, Texas Instruments SN75471P
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Dual peripheral driver, SN75471P, Texas Instruments
The SN75471P dual peripheral driver is designed for use in systems that require higher breakdown voltages than either of those devices can provide, at the expense of slightly slower switching speeds. Typical applications include high-speed logic buffers, power drivers, relay drivers, lamp drivers, MOS drivers, line drivers, and memory drivers. The SN75471P is a dual peripheral AND driver (assuming positive logic), with the output of the logic gate internally connected to the base of the npn output transistor.
