Differential receiver standard TTL, PDIP16, THT, Standard TTL
Differential receiver standard TTL, SN75115N, Texas Instruments
The SN75115Ndual differential line receiver is designed to sense a small differential signal in the presence of large common-mode noise. This device gives a TTL-compatible output signal as a function of the differential input voltage. The open-collector output configuration permits the wire-ANDing of a similar TTL output (such as SSN75115N line receiver. This permits a level of logic to be implemented without extra delay.
The output stage is similar to a TTL totem-pole output, but with a sink output, 1YS or 2YS, and the corresponding active pullup terminal, 1YP or 2YP, available on adjacent package pins. The frequency response and noise immunity may be provided by a single external capacitor. A strobe input is provided for each channel. With the strobe in the low level, the receiver is disabled and the output is forced to a high level.
