The STM32G0B0RET6 mainstream microcontroller is based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 64 MHz frequency. Offering a high level of integration, it is suitable for a wide range of applications in consumer, industrial and appliance domains and ready for the Internet of Things (IoT) solution. The device incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (144 Kbytes of SRAM and 512 Kbytes of flash program memory with read protection, write protection), DMA, an extensive range of system function, enhanced I/O, and peripheral. The device offers a standard communication interface (one I2C, one SPI / one I2S, one full-speed USB, and one USART), one 12-bit ADC (2.5 MSps) with up to 19 channels, a low-power RTC, an advanced control PWM timer, one general-purpose 16-bit timer, one basic timer, one watchdog timer, and a SysTick timer.
