AX 131 is a precision analog type K thermocouple temperature probe. The probe is designed for use in gas, liquid, and soft material. Stem material is corrosion- and temperature-resistant stainless steel, which is suitable for continuous food contact. The standard 1-meter thermocouple cable is optionally terminated with a miniature flat plug or loose end. The probe can optionally be supplied with a DAkkS-/Accredia calibration certificate when combined with a suitable display instrument (e.g. PRO 131/135).
