Solid state relay for mounting on a heat sink or mounting plate. The low internal voltage drop reduces power loss. The factory-fitted heat dissipation foil enables direct and clean mounting without the use of heat-conducting paste. The internal diagnostics enable monitoring of the load circuit for wire breakage, short circuit or missing mains voltage and switching function of the semiconductor, which is output via LED display and fault signal output.
