The keys can be arranged individually, in-line, or as keypads. For operation underneath a membrane, the keys should be combined with plungers; Contact material: Au. Contact assembly: 1 x NO. Contact system: snap-action contact. Actuating force: 3.6 ±0.7 N. Actuating travel: 0.61 ±0.1 mm. Switching voltage: max. 35 V. Switching current: max. 100 mA. Short-travel keyswitches with inward PCB terminals and vertical adapter series RACON 12 V, type 1.14.001.

Properties similar to type 12, however, the key can be installed at a 90° offset to the PCB by combining the type 12 plungers or accessories with the included vertical adapter (bracket). The supporting bracket absorbs actuation forces. Corresponding plungers are described above in the RACON 12 key section. The plunger type 5.46.167.227/0209 cannot be used; Operating temperatures: –40 to +80 °C.
