Digital bench multimeter, P 4000, PeakTech
Highly accurate, rugged digital bench multimeter, equipped with a 24-bit A/D converter and controlled by a 1-chip processor, can perform up to ten different measurements. DC and RMS AC voltage and current up to 1000 V or 10 A can be measured; the resolution for DC voltage is 1 µV, the frequency range for voltage and current is approx. 20 kHz and the bench multimeter can also be used as a frequency counter for pulse frequencies above 2 MHz or linear frequencies above 200 kHz as well as for current frequencies. The measuring ranges for resistors up to 50 MΩ, capacitances up to 5000 µF, maximum/minimum/mean, relative values, dBm, diode or continuity and a memory function with up to 30 locations for test data are also helpful for the user. The bench multimeter is controlled and calibrated by software, thus its long-term stability is guaranteed. With the optically coupled USB interface and software, all measurement results can be displayed and stored on a PC; the graphical software has exclusive dynamic scaling, which allows very small changes in measurement values to be seen. In combination with a PC, this bench multimeter becomes an extremely versatile measurement recorder. Within the high safety standard, this instrument has protection functions against various operating errors.
