The moisture meter is a portable measuring device for water activity. The moisture meter has a measurement range of 0.01 aw to 1 aw with high accuracy of ±0.03 aw. The measuring attachment is magnetic, ensuring that the sample can be measured securely and protected from light. The moisture meter comes with 3 sample trays, allowing many food items to be quickly tested for shelf life. Additionally, 2 AAA 1.5V batteries are required to operate the moisture analyzer.
