The reflectometer is used to measure the reflection properties of surfaces related to opacity. The PCE-RM 100 reflectometer is used in furniture construction, workplace control, lighting design etc. It measures the reflectance off the surface in which a light is reflected from the surface. The surface reflection is an important measure to detect, for example, whether a furniture surface for the human eye is too reflective and so unpleasant. The reflectometer PCE-RM 100 can measure this reflection directly in the development of furniture decors and the engineer can make a statement of quality.
