The type 1+2 combination arresters are connected to the 40mm busbar system in the mains-side connection compartment of the meter cabinet and thus protect the system directly at the feed point. They easily meet the requirements of VDE-AR-N 4100 for surge protection devices in the pre-meter area. OBO offers the right surge protection solution for every application, whether in buildings with or without external lightning protection, whether for TT or TN-C networks. Each variant is available with and without remote signalling contact.
