Dosing system, DX-350, METCAL
The dosing system DX-350 offers the possibility of saving up to 10 dispensing profiles. Time, pressure, and adjustable vacuum suction are displayed digitally. The device is intuitive to use and offers a high level of accuracy for line or point dispensing. An infinite vacuum suction back prevents low-viscosity media from dripping between the dosing cycles and high-viscosity media from pulling threads. The set value is displayed digitally. An RS-232 interface enables connection to a PLC. The system is delivered and ready for operation. The working pressure ranges from 0 to 6.9 bar for common applications.
