Relay, PAA150S, LITTELFUSE
A dual normally open relay that uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750 Vrms of input to output isolation. Its optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED. This high-performance leader provides a more cost-effective solution where very low on-resistance is required, but enhanced peak load voltage is not required.
