The LT1963AEQ-3.3#PBF is a low dropout regulator optimized for fast transient response. This device is capable of supplying 1.5 A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340 mV. Operating quiescent current is 1 mA, dropping to<1µA in shutdown. In addition to fast transient response, the LT1963AEQ-3.3#PBF regulator has a very low output noise which make that ideal for sensitive RF supply applications.
