Precision metal film power resistor, 50 W, series ISA-PLAN, type Isabellenhütte RTO.
Fully compatible with semiconductor package SOT227B (Isotop), for direct mounting on heatsinks. High dielectric strength to the base plate enables direct operation on three-phase power and applications as shunt resistor or attenuation load resistor for semiconductor protection are possible. The low-impedance connections allow continuous currents up to 150 A, pulse currents can be higher by a multiple.
