The IS62WV5128EBLL-45T2LI is a high-speed, 4 Mbit static RAM organized as 512 K words by 8 bits. It is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance CMOS technology. This highly reliable process, coupled with an innovative circuit design technique, yields high performance and low power consumption in the device. When CS# is HIGH (deselected), the device assumes a standby mode in which the power dissipation can be reduced using a CMOS input level. Easy memory expansion is provided by using the Chip Enable and Output Enable inputs. The active LOW Write Enable (WE#) controls both writing and reading of the memory.
