This highly reliable process, coupled with an innovative circuit design technique, yields higher performance and low power consumption in the device. When CE is HIGH (deselected), the device assumes a standby mode in which the power dissipation can be reduced using CMOS input levels. The IS61WV5128Axx and IS61/64WV5128Bxx operates from a single power supply.
