The STRUCTALIT 5610 30 G is a thermally curable, one-component SMD adhesive with extremely fast curing even at low temperatures and is characterized by good shock resistance. The application is easily possible with dispenser, screen printing or via needle transfer. It can be used as SMD adhesive for soldering temperatures up to 270°C for a short time.
