The ELECOLIT 3661 50 G is a one-component, silver-containing, conductive adhesive and does not contain any solvents with open pot life being 14 days. The slightly flexible polymer structure allows the use in applications that are exposed to vibrations or rapid temperature fluctuations. The high viscosity allows the material to be applied via dispenser, die or pin transfer without stringing. It cures quickly at elevated temperatures. For good conductivity and resistance we recommend a curing time of approx. 10 min at 150 ° C.
