The ET3562 is a small, ultra-low RON load switch with controlled turn on. The device contain a low RON N-Channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and switch current of up to 3A. An integrated charge pump bias the NMOS switch in order to achieve a low switch ON-Resistance. The switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage GPIO control signal. An internal reverse voltage comparator disable the power-switch when the output voltage (VOUT) is driven higher than the input voltage (VIN) by VRCP, to quickly stop the flow of current towards the input side of the switch. Reverse current protection is always active, even when the power-switch is disable. The ET3562 contain a 300Ω on-chip load resistor for quick output discharge when the device is turn off.
