The ET1117 is a low-dropout three-terminal regulator with fixed output and ADJ output. The ET1117 features a dropout of 1.3 V at 1 A load current and a very low standby current of 2 mA. The ET1117 offers a thermal shutdown function to assure the stability of the chip and power system. The ET1117 is available in the SOT-223 or SOT89-3 package.
