Constant Current Matrix LED Controller, ET6280, ETEK Microelectronics
The ET6280 is an array-type constant-current LED driver circuit, which has a 32-step constant-current global adjustment function and supports up to an 8×8 matrix output. Each point has a 256-step PWM current adjustment function. The ET6280 internally integrates an MCU digital interface, data latch, RAM, and PWM constant-current drive module. It is mainly used as a display driver for household appliances, with the advantages of rich display effects and simple operation.
