The ET81413 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with ACOT control architecture. It provides 4A continuous output current with excellent transient response and high efficiency. The device is optimized to operate with minimum external component counts and also optimized to achieve low standby current.This convertor adopts adaptive constant-on-time (ACOT) structure, and provides a fast transient response. It also supports both low-equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors with no external compensation components.
