For low-power, hand held applications, with controller for 4-bit, 8-bit and SPI interface, supertwist LCD with adjustable contrast; optional LED backlight feature in 6 colors Character set: 156 programmed characters and 8 characters for user applications. Supply voltage: +3.3 V oder +5.0 V (typically 250 µA). Operating temperatures: –20 to +70 °C, with temperature compensation. Dimensions: 55 x 31 x 2.0 mm (5.8 mm with backlight).

Technology: STN positive, transmissive, backlight element required, can be read without backlight. Display color: dark green on yellow/green (without backlight), black on yellow/green (with backlight). Recommended backlight: yellow/green.
