Device for aligning IC pins. When ICs are moved over the rails, the exterior ball bearings align the pins in accordance with the desired grid. The device can be used from two sides to straighten ICs with 7.5 mm and 15 mm grids (fixed grid). Sturdy design, black anodized aluminum with 10 mm snap-on connection to ground the device.
