This ESD safe bottle has an average surface resistivity of 10⁹ to 10¹⁰ Ω/m² and does not have any less desirable feature associated with surfactant-laden material. This bottle will dissipate a static charge of +5000 V in less than two seconds at 40% relative humidity. By its chemical nature, it will not have any chemical reactivity with solvents such as TCE or alcohol. The pH of the deionized water solution tested was the same before and after a seven-day period. No colour change or any other physical change was noted for the solvent tested.
