When installing and connecting 3-wire three-phase motors and three-phase systems, it is important to check whether the rotating field of the motors and the direction of rotation of the three-phase system are correct. Incorrect connection can cause an incorrect starting of the three-phase motor and damage the motor or the driven machine. The PRM-5-EUR does not require a battery for operation and is a simple and reliable three-phase field direction indicator for the correct direction of rotation in three-phase supply lines and three-phase current sockets.
