The A1308LLHLT-2-T linear Hall-effect sensor IC is designed to deliver high accuracy and temperature-stable performance for linear position sensing applications. It is available in both surface-mount and through-hole packages, offering flexibility to suit various design needs. The accuracy of the A1308LLHLT-2-T is enhanced through end-of-line optimization. It includes nonvolatile memory to program device sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO-the output voltage in the absence of a magnetic field-according to specific application requirements.
This optimized performance is maintained across the entire operating temperature range by programming the temperature coefficients for both sensitivity and QVO during Allegro's end-of-line testing. As a ratiometric Hall-effect sensor, the A1308LLHLT-2-T provides an analog voltage output that is proportional to the applied magnetic field. The QVO is typically set around 50% of the supply voltage, ensuring compatibility with standard analog signal processing systems.
