Assembly tools for crimp contacts, type 0999000.

For insertion of conductor cross-sections smaller than 0.75 mm² into all crimp contacts and for ejecting series Han D and Han DD crimp contacts. For insertion of the contact element with the crimped conductor is placed from the connecting side into the tool and pushed into the insulation chamber up to the latch point. The contact is ejected from the mating side, i.e. the tool is slipped over the contact up to the stop and then the contact is unlocked with a quick jerk. Series Han E, A and Hv E contacts can be extracted using a 3.0 mm screwdriver. Unlock the contact by applying horizontal pressure on the center plunger using ejection tool 0052.
