The NCP176AMX180TCG is a CMOS LDO regulator featuring 500 mA output current. The input voltage is as low as 1.4 V and the output voltage can be set from 0.7 V. This device is a high performance 500 mA low dropout linear regulator (LDO) delivering excellent noise and dynamic performance.
