Adapter board for 23 different SMD ICs; Substrate: epoxy glass FR 4, 1.5 mm thickness, double-sided with 35 µm copper plating (through-plated). Hole diameter: 1.0 mm. Grids: 0.5 to 1.27 mm. 2-C sides with chemical gold finish, solder resist mask and prescored rupture joints for breaking down the board for separate modules. Manual soldering: The PCB is suited for free-hand application of 100 to 200 solder points with precise dosing for grids from 0.5 to 1.27 mm. Reflow soldering: using specially manufactured SMD templates. Dimensions: 120 x 175 mm.
