XPT IGBT has an easy paralleling due to the positive temperature coefficient of the on-state voltage. It has a rugged XPT design (Xtreme light Punch Through) that results in a short circuit rating of 10 µsec, very low gate charge, square RBSOA 3x IC, and low EMI.
