Metallschichtwiderstand, PR02000202709JA100, Vishay

Metallschichtwiderstand, 27 Ω, 2 W, ±5 %

Ein homogener Film aus einer Metalllegierung wird auf einen hochwertigen Keramikkörper aufgebracht. Nachdem eine spiralförmige Nut in die Widerstandsschicht geschnitten wurde, werden verzinnte Anschlussdrähte aus elektrolytischem Kupfer oder kupferplattiertem Eisen an die Endkappen geschweißt. Dieser Widerstand ist mit einem roten, nicht brennbaren Lack beschichtet, der elektrischen, mechanischen und klimatischen Schutz bietet. Auch diese Beschichtung ist nicht beständig gegen aggressive Flussmittel und Reinigungslösungen. Die Verkapselung ist gegen alle Reinigungsmittel gemäß IEC 60068-2-45 beständig.
