Lead-free solder wire is used in industrial assembly production as well as high-temperature applications, for example in the automotive industry (good thermal shock resistance at high temperatures). Continuous temperature resistance at least up to 120°C. Can also be used in older wave soldering systems whose crucibles and nozzles are still made of V2A and do not have protective gassing.
