Our planners and designers have come together to create a special, never before seen 19" cabinet series. Through special optimizations, the varioFLEX series offers you maximum stability and flexibility for any requirement. The front door is made of a complete metal frame with 4 mm tempered glass, reinforced by metal brackets that provide extra stability. Server cabinets are equipped with 70% perforated doors. A special locking system is located on the front as well as on the rear doors. Cabinets from 800 mm width are equipped with a double-wing rear door. The door opening angle of up to 270° allows best accessibility at any time. All side panels are lockable and equipped with two locking levers each for easy removal. Each cabinet includes galvanized 19" profiles mounted front and rear inside. These are connected to the main frame by depth braces at three points each on the left and right. They are depth adjustable and have a marking of the respective height unit. The top as well as the bottom are equipped with 19" blind panels (4U + 8U = total usable area of 12U), which allow any 19" installation and can be easily replaced with other accessories such as perforated panels, cable entries, lockable cable entries, etc. Cabinets 800 mm wide and wider are equipped with brush strips on the left and right side in full depth on the roof as well as on the floor. Furthermore, 800 mm wide cabinets from 32U are already equipped with vertical cable routing channels, which, separated from the 19" profile, are specially installed on a fixing unit on the main frame. The main frames of the varioFLEX cabinets have heavy-duty vertical braces. These are extra curved and suitable for mounting cable management rings. Injected aluminum edge connectors provide additional stability.
