Teamlead Contract & Ordering Service (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Leading, motivating and developing our Ordering Service team, including supervision of external service providers.
  • Ensuring efficient, precise and timely processing of all customer enquiries (delivery times, changes, technical information, etc.)
  • Supporting the team in order processing including master data management
  • Ensuring availability by phone within our service hours as well as first-class customer service including complaint handling
  • Organisation and support of campaigns (inbound/outbound)
  • Project-related new and further development of processes

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and management experience in the field of customer service and support, preferably also in a call centre
  • Strong communication skills, confident manner and experience in leading, motivating and training teams
  • Fun on the phone and in customer care
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally MS Navision
  • High customer affinity and quality awareness
  • Structured and customer-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
