Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Leadership, motivation and further development of our customer service team incl. independent supervision of external service providers
  • Ensuring efficient, precise and timely processing of all customer enquiries (delivery times, changes, technical information, etc.)
  • Supporting the team in order processing incl. master data management
  • Ensuring telephone availability within our service hours as well as first-class customer service incl. complaints processing
  • Organising and supporting campaigns (inbound/outbound) including the corresponding coaching of our employees
  • Project-related new and further development of processes, procedures and digitalisation
  • Driver and role model in change processes including shaping the realignment of the team with creative and innovative ideas

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and management experience in the field of customer service and support, preferably also in a call centre
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner and experience in leading, motivating and training teams
  • Fun on the phone and in customer service
  • Good MS Office skills, ideally MS Navision
  • High customer affinity and high quality awareness
  • Structured and customer-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
